Lillian is an ode to Lillian Gilbreth, the midcentury mother of modern management. Gilbreth (1878‐1972), an engineer and psychologist, is most known for her advances in workplace efficiency. She was especially focused on the human component of the workforce.

At Lillian, we’re following Gilbreth’s legacy and finding ways to transform hiring and the workforce. We believe in culture-first hiring and that happy employees make motivated employees.
